Here is a testimony from Cathy, which reminds us to be in prayer for the people we see in the clinic.  Our hope and prayer is that each person in the clinic can know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.  Please join us in prayer for the thousands of patients we see every year, especially the ones who are battling difficult illnesses.

Lucia came to clinic one day with a very bad cough and fever. I prescribed nebulizer treatments along with an antibiotic. She returned a week later and was worse. I referred her to the Health Center and she was diagnosed with Tuberculosis. She is now under treatment for one year for this disease. Other members of her family have been diagnosed and are undergoing treatment. This week her husband came to our clinic asking for help with vitamins and supplements for Lucia she has lost weigh and is very weak. Tuberculosis treatment comes with many side effects to the medication: no appetite, nausea, vomiting, weight loss, abdominal pain, aching joints, dizziness, easy bruising, blurred or changed vision, ringing in the ears (tinnitus), and hearing loss just to name a few. Please pray for Lucia as she and members of her family face the treatment of this disease.
