A testimony from Shari, a member of the City Harvest Team, who went to the Hospital to pray for patients:

The first patient we prayed for in the women’s surgery unit was a young post-op patient who was flushed with fever, crying, and shaking in pain.  Her prayer request was to pray for the fever and pain.  She never opened her eyes while we were with her.

After praying for the other five women in the room, we were walking out the door, and I looked over at the young woman we had prayed for first.  She was sitting on the side of her bed, smiling, and saying, “My fever broke!  I have no pain!  I am getting up to walk now.”  It was truly a miracle because just 15 minutes earlier she had been shaking and crying in pain.  We hardly recognized her.  Glory to God for his healing power!
